必要条件

Experience: 5 years or more

A degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SRE, Cloud Builder or DevOps roles, building mission critical Cloud Infrastructure in large-scale data, distributed environments.
Experience in Cloud engineering / architecture with AWS (Azure or GCP are a plus) and microservices domain (containerization, Kubernetes).
Experience in Cloud architecture design
Experience with IaaC / configuration mgmt. / systems automation tools at scale (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, etc.);
Experience with the following technology domains (in bold) for at least 1 year (2 years or more is a plus):
Kubernetes Ecosystem: Karpenter, Kyverno, KEDA, Gloo, Traefik…
Observability: Prometheus, Thanos, Cortex, Grafana / Mimir, ELK, Dynatrace…
CI/CD: GitOps / GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Flux…
Experience in following domains is a plus:
Data Backends: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis, ActiveMQ, Temporal, Solace…
Experience with Agile software development methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Scrum)
Experience in working within a distributed international Agile team environment is a plus
Proficiency in English, both oral and in writing
Personal attributes:

職務内容

Ensure high availability and reliability of company’s Cloud platforms;
Define, design, implement and deliver efficient solutions to respond to reliability risks, including monitoring, alerting, automation;
Define, design, implement and advocate Cloud best practices to improve reliability, scalability and performance;
Develop and deliver new Cloud infrastructure components using Cloud technologies in public Cloud environments;
Maintain the implementation of existing Cloud infrastructure components;

Assist development teams with SRE, Cloud, Networking / Backends expertise:
infra and application architecture,
design and implementation of infrastructure elements as “Infrastructure as a Code”,
design and implementation of compute and networking infrastructure (ex: AWS EKS clusters, VPC, ingress controllers, API gateways, Service Mesh, WAF/IDS, PrivateLinks…), backends infrastructure (ex: RDS PGSQL/MySQL databases, Mongo Atlas, Redis, ActiveMQ, Kafka etc.)

Work with other SRE engineers, SRE and service teams, other business units and functions on complex business projects. Do an analysis for complex problems, identify possible solutions, make decisions and recommendations for solutions/improvements;
Define, design, implement and advocate tooling, solutions, best practices to facilitate team’s repetitive activities and reduce toil;
Maintain company’s Cloud infrastructure, including release and upgrade processes;
Take an active part in incident handling and resolution;
Participate in an on-call duty as a part of SRE team responsible to support the production operations of company’s Cloud services;
