Description
GlobalLogic is hiring Graduates for an operations role in a high-speed, dynamic R&D environment. Candidates will be responsible for reviewing visual data, maintaining tracker accuracy, and strictly adhering to client SLAs and complex SOPs.
Requirements
- Any graduate (Provisional Degree Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo mandatory).
- High attention to detail with an ability to spot minute visual inconsistencies.
- Normal color vision (no color blindness) and no uncorrected visual impairments.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination (efficient mouse navigation and high typing speed/accuracy).
- Strong visual aesthetics—ability to evaluate image style, color quality, and flag unappealing content.
- Fluent in written English with strong reading comprehension and typing skills.
- Ability to memorize and quickly execute 45+ keyboard shortcuts and mouse-keyboard combinations.
- Capability to read, interpret, and consistently apply complex policy and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents.
- High stamina to perform repetitive digital tasks at a fast pace while maintaining high quality standards.
Job responsibilities
- Ensure allocated work is completed thoroughly, accurately, and within the designated timeframes.
- Maintain 100% adherence to defined Client SLAs and operational guidelines.
- Regularly maintain and update client-specified trackers and daily reporting system.
- Follow established daily work patterns with complete ownership of individual and team targets.
- Strictly comply with internal company guidelines, client policies, and standard operating practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving client policies, statutory requirements, and special handling procedures.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and provide active inputs toward process improvement opportunities.
- Participate in cross-functional training to support dynamic project demands.
- Work in rotating shifts as mandatory for business operations.
- Adapt quickly to dynamic R&D project shifts, client requirements, and evolving workflow changes.
