Description

The project focuses on the development and support of a route optimization system used for planning and managing service routes for field operators responsible for ATM and retail locations.

The platform processes geospatial data, calculates optimal routes using routing and optimization algorithms, and provides operational tools for route planning and route data management.

Development is performed by distributed engineering teams following Agile practices and focusing on stable delivery and continuous system improvements.

The Associate Project Manager will support coordination of development activities, facilitate Agile processes, maintain delivery transparency and ensure effective communication between engineering teams and project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • 1+ year of experience coordinating software development teams or delivery activities
  • Technical background in software development or engineering environments
  • Practical experience working in Agile software development processes and Scrum framework
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement and retrospectives
  • Ability to coordinate activities within cross-functional engineering teams
  • Experience tracking delivery progress and team performance metrics
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in distributed and multicultural teams
  • Experience with project collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Good written and spoken English

Job responsibilities

  • Coordinate software development activities within Agile teams
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
  • Track sprint commitments, delivery progress and team velocity
  • Support backlog organization and dependency tracking
  • Coordinate communication between engineering teams, technical leads and stakeholders
  • Monitor project risks, blockers and dependencies
  • Maintain project documentation including meeting notes, reports and project artifacts
  • Support release coordination and sprint execution activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile development processes
  • Support onboarding and coordination of new team members
