Requirements
Boomi Senior Developer worked on end-to-end delivery of Boomi implementation for typically 3-4 delivery engagements. Leverages best-practices on Boomi implementation in solving integration and other challenges, using automation and next-gen solutions. Works in ensuring best practices are adhered and coding Standards are followed.
As a Senior Developer, provide guidance to developers.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of IT work experience.
• Should be having a Workday integration with Boomi Experience.
• 2+ years of experience in software delivery or software development
• 2+ years Understanding of Environments, process designs, errors and exception handling, development and deployment on Boomi Integration platforms.
• Requirement Analysis, Boomi Environment Setup, Process Designs, Development, Deployment & Hypercare activities.
• Must have been a part of implementation of real-time and scheduled integration processes. Must have good understanding of various data formats XML, JSON, CSV, Database and EDI (Good to have)
• Thorough understanding of REST, SOAP, Webservices and API Communication protocols S/FTP/S, HTTP/S, File I/O, CSV, xml etc.
• Experience using API Management solutions (or Equivalent experience in Apigee, Mashery) is desirable as well as good understanding of the Enterprise Integration Patterns
• Have worked on various connectors extensively viz. SAP, Sales Force, Oracle, JDE and more. Boomi Pub/Sub model, Event based Integrations, Boomi document flow and document cache, error handling and exception handling
• Extensive experience with SFDC connectors/listeners, SAP connectors/listeners, Database Connectors, SuccessFactors Connectors, and Webservices Connectors/Listener Implement Integration technical documentations, high level designs, LLDs prepared by architects.
• Understanding customer’s business needs, system functionality, and business processes.
• Must have knowledge of coding & scripting in Groovy or JavaScript. Must have Incident management experience e.g. SNOW, JIRA etc.
• Understanding of the different integration patterns
• Strong Relational Database background and SQL Skills
• Experience working with and manipulating XML/JSON, and flat file documents using Javascript and/or Java
Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications
Job responsibilities
• As a core Boomi Integration team member, you will work within an engagement team to define, develop, deliver and support Integration Processes on Boomi integrating multiple Cloud and On-Premise Applications expand market share, improve operations, and grow their business.
• Development of integration workflow using Industry standard EAI tools especially Boomi, Unit and System Integration Testing and issue fixes.
• Build, Deploy and Manage processes in Boomi Atmosphere.
• SME for client contact and good in Design and Architecture decisions.
• Implementing complex, highly scalable and high-volume integrations.
• Analyze Integration requirements perform gap analysis.
• Analyze source and target system data and map transformations meeting the requirement.
• Interaction with business users (client), onsite coordinators during requirements gathering, design, collaborative development.
• Experience in A2A and B2B integration.
• Understanding of EDI & X12 Documents and Standards.
• Experience with API design and development (RAML, REST, SOAP).
• Experience in Java, Javascript, JQuery, and Groovy Scripting.
• Experience in Real time, Batch and ETL integrations.
• Experience integrating Cloud, On Premise applications and Hybrid integrations.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Good at analytics and have a knack of solving complex integration scenarios.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills to drive stakeholders’ meetings.
• Good understanding on Agile/Lean methodology & DevOps Professional Integration Developer Certification (and associate developer) is mandatory
• Boomi Certification – Integration, MDH, EDI, APIM, Flow
• Excellent communication, articulation and presentation skills
