Description

The GL Business Process Management team is a part of IT Function and partners with internal departments to enhance cross-functional business processes. The team supports global transformation programs and manages process continuous improvement. You will lead the identification, design, and implementation of end-to-end process improvements aligned with corporate strategy. Your mission is not only to document current-state operations, but to reimagine workflows to drive scalability, eliminate waste, and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably related to field or equivalent work experience

Qualification:

  • 4+ years experience in process engineering
  • 4+ years experience of process automation on platforms like CRM, ERP, CLM, PSA etc.
  • 4+ years of process documentation development & updating
  • program or project management experience in IT company is a plus

Technical Skills:

  • Process Modeling & Mining: The ability to map «As-Is» states and design «To-Be» workflows that eliminate redundancies.
  • Gap Analysis: Identifying the distance between current performance and desired business outcomes.
  • Requirement Elicitation: Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to extract functional and technical requirements.
  • Deep understanding of BPM lifecycles (Design, Model, Execute, Monitor, Optimize)
  • Hands-on experience with BPM software

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to manage the «human element» in change management
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with a high level of autonomy
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • English – advanced (must)

Job responsibilities

Process Design:

  • Manage the discovery, documentation, and modeling of «As-Is» and «To-Be» business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and «pain points» through deep-dive interviews and data analysis.
  • Design future-state workflows that leverage automation (RPA), AI, and streamlined human intervention.

Analysis & Requirement Engineering:

  • Translate complex business needs into high-quality functional specifications and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • Perform Gap Analysis and cross-functional analysis to justify process changes.
  • Partner with IT to ensure technical solutions align with process goals.

Change Management: facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive consensus among conflicting stakeholder priorities.
