Description
A newly established cybersecurity engineering unit applies the most advanced technologies and AI models to real security work across a large technology group and its clients. The team assesses and hardens existing products and systems, builds security into new development and turns these capabilities into repeatable services. Work spans multiple industries and technology stacks – from cloud and web applications to OT/IoT environments. The setting is fast-moving and hands-on, combining classic security engineering with cutting-edge, AI-assisted methods. You will help shape both the technical approach and the service offerings from the ground up.
Requirements
• 7+ years in cybersecurity, including 3+ years in security architecture.
• Broad, hands-on knowledge across application, cloud, network and infrastructure security.
• Strong threat modeling and risk-assessment experience (STRIDE / DREAD / TARA or similar).
• Secure SDLC / DevSecOps, CI/CD security and IaC security.
• Cloud security (AWS / Azure / GCP) and Zero Trust architecture.
• Familiarity with standards and frameworks: NIST, ISO 27001, OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, EU CRA.
• Clear communication with both engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on understanding of and experience with different LLMs (frontier and open-source)
• Ability to build AI agents and agentic workflows (tool use, MCP) for security tasks.
• Understanding of the principles for embedding LLMs into the SDLC and into security services
• Nice to have: penetration-testing background; certifications (CISSP, SABSA, TOGAF, OSCP)
Job responsibilities
• Design end-to-end security architectures across cloud, application, network and data layers
• Define security requirements, reference architectures and standards for new and existing systems
• Perform threat modeling (STRIDE / DREAD / TARA) and risk assessments, and recommend mitigations
• Lead secure-by-design reviews and embed security into the SDLC and DevSecOps pipelines
• Assess existing products and environments for vulnerabilities and architectural weaknesses
• Advise on Zero Trust, IAM, encryption, segmentation and secure cloud patterns.
• Guide and mentor engineers and penetration testers and set technical direction.
• Contribute to service offerings, accelerators and client-facing technical materials.
• Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted security tooling and methods.
