Description
We are looking for a highly strategic and technology-driven Transformation Leader to drive large-scale engineering and AI-led transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of Enterprise Architecture, Product Engineering expertise, AI-first strategy, and transformation leadership.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal leadership teams by defining transformation roadmaps, modern engineering architectures, AI-enabled SDLC strategies, and scalable delivery models that create measurable business impact.
This is a technology leadership role with a strong focus on enterprise architecture and transformation strategy combined with stakeholder leadership
Requirements
- 18+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, Product Engineering, or Engineering Transformation roles.
- Strong experience leading multiple large-scale transformation programs across enterprise environments.
- Proven expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and modern engineering ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of AI-first engineering transformation and AI-enabled SDLC practices.
- Strong exposure to Product Engineering and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience defining architecture strategies across cloud, platforms, APIs, data, AI/ML, DevSecOps, and engineering automation.
- Ability to engage deeply in technical discussions while connecting technology decisions to business impact.
- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience driving vendor transformation and engineering organization restructuring initiatives is preferred.
- Exposure to GenAI-based engineering workflows and AI-assisted software delivery.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and modernization frameworks.
- Familiarity with engineering metrics, transformation KPIs, and value realization models.
- Experience working with global enterprise customers and distributed engineering organizations.
Job responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture & Technology Transformation
- Define enterprise-wide technology transformation strategies aligned to customer business objectives.
- Architect scalable, resilient, and modern engineering solutions across cloud, platform, data, AI, and product engineering ecosystems.
- Drive AI-first engineering transformation initiatives, including adoption of AI-enabled SDLC (AIDLC), developer productivity platforms, intelligent automation, and engineering acceleration frameworks.
- Build transformation blueprints for modernization programs involving applications, platforms, infrastructure, engineering practices, and operating models.
- Define target-state architectures, reference architectures, governance frameworks, and technology standards.
- Lead large solution discussions with customer architects, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for platform consolidation, engineering efficiency, automation, and cost optimization.
- Create strategic roadmaps for engineering transformation, DevSecOps maturity, cloud adoption, platform engineering, and AI integration.
- Provide deep technical guidance during pre-sales, transformation workshops, architecture reviews, and executive discussions.
- Evaluate and recommend AI tools, engineering platforms, developer productivity solutions, and transformation accelerators.
- Enable transformation across delivery models, vendor ecosystems, and engineering organizations.
Leadership & Strategic Engagement (30%)
- Act as a strategic transformation advisor
- Influence customer leadership through strong consulting, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Drive executive-level conversations focused on business outcomes, innovation, and engineering excellence.
- Lead transformation assessments, discovery workshops, and roadmap definition exercises.
- Collaborate with delivery leadership, engineering teams, architects, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful transformation execution.
- Mentor engineering and architecture teams on modern technology practices and AI-driven engineering models.
- Help shape organizational transformation strategies, governance models, and operating structures.
