18+ years in Smart TV OS / Media Playback / Embedded systems
Proven success managing large teams (100+) and $8M+ accounts with P&L ownership
Strong engineering leadership with cross-functional delivery ownership
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management
Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile & Waterfall methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience in team building, scaling, and people leadership
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel
Experience in global/onshore-offshore delivery models

Requirements

Own end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality, predictability, and adherence to timelines
Manage P&L for the account, including revenue growth, margins, and cost optimization
Lead executive stakeholder management and client communication
Drive team scaling and hiring in partnership with talent acquisition
Mentor leaders and enable high-performing engineering teams
Identify and drive account growth, proposals, and value creation
Define and execute account strategy and roadmap
Champion innovation, AI adoption, and engineering best practices

Job responsibilities

Lead and scale a 100+ member engineering organization for a Smart TV OS program, driving delivery excellence, client engagement, P&L ownership, and sustained account growth. This role requires strong Embedded/OS expertise combined with strategic program leadership.
