Description

GlobalLogic estimates the starting base salary for the ETL Database Engineer position in Chicago, IL to be between $115000 and $120,000 and reflects base salary only and does not include additional performance-linked variable compensation, benefits etc that may be applicable for the role. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.

ETL Database

Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows and data pipelines.
Extract data from various sources including databases, APIs, flat files, and cloud platforms.
Transform and cleanse data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Load data into data warehouses, data marts, and analytics systems.
Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and performance issues.
Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and data mappings.
Implement data validation, error handling, and monitoring procedures.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
