Description
Join GlobalLogic as an Embedded Software Intern and become part of a team working on a large-scale software project for a world-class company providing M2M/IoT 4G/5G modules for the automotive, healthcare, and logistics industries. This is a full-time, unpaid internship, based onsite at our office in Wroclaw, Poland. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, develop their programming skills, and gain practical experience working on real-world embedded software projects.
You will have the opportunity to learn about embedded software development and contribute to the development and maintenance of firmware for end-user modules. You will gain exposure to implementing new features, working with telecommunications and industry standards, and analyzing technical requirements alongside experienced engineers.

Requirements
We are looking for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduate, or a final-year student in IT, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field, with:
- Practical experience in working with technical documentation.
- Basic knowledge of IoT and cellular telecommunications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivation, resourcefulness, and the ability to turn ideas into action.
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
Nice to Have
- Basic practical knowledge of hardware, including:
- Fundamental electronics principles.
- Digital communication interfaces such as UART, I2C, and SPI.
- Experience with personal or university electronics projects.
- Hands-on experience with soldering.
Job responsibilities
- Analyzing application issues and troubleshooting problems.
- Providing technical support to customers.
- Developing and designing applications tailored to customer needs.
- Reporting defects and collaborating with the R&D department.
