Description

The overall project is designated for intelligent Fleet De-Carbonization based on an ambitious science-based idea targeting the achievement of net-zero emissions. The solution is planned to be a fully integrated software solution that can maximize efficiencies in both operational and energy supply management perspectives.
It will include research and design of:
– API connectivity between the Electric Charging Stations and Central system allowing bidirectional data exchange,
– UI solution allowing to monitor and configure Charging station,
– UI to manage the Depot with Charging stations,
– B2B solution and Back-office system allowing to reserve the Charging Station.

Requirements

Knowledge of software development lifecycle and software development methodologies.

Industry-related experience 3+ years (software engineering projects) and business analysis.

Strong knowledge and skills in business analysis techniques and practices.

Skills with requirements identifying and documenting.

Focus on the details of solving each business problem/need correctly.

Strong conceptual, analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Experience delivering products in an Agile/Scrum environment.

The mindset with the ability to recognize opportunities to create distinctive business value.

Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrates the ability to build trust and strong relationships.

Strong communication and presentation and leadership skills able to work with a cross-functional team of

developers/QA/UI/UX/business stakeholders.

Fluent English (comprehensive written and verbal communication)

 

Job responsibilities

Liaison between business product owners and IT implementation teams to ensure optimized integration solutions are designed and implemented to meet business objects.

Ownership of objectives, requirements and any scope changes across the project lifecycle.

Maintenance of product backlog, participation in scrum ceremonies.

Scrum team facilitation to ensure on-time service execution and delivery of high-quality software.

Support project management in identification and management of resources, risks, assumptions and dependencies for successful project completion

Creation of detailed and understandable requirements and backlog items that articulate the required outcomes to be created; providing clarifications to assist the team with their story estimates.

Apply methodologies such as Unified Modeling Language (UML) and prepare detailed specifications and related documentation.
