Description

The customer leverages secure, enterprise-grade AI agents and virtual assistants designed specifically for the banking industry. These solutions automate customer service, support internal operations, and seamlessly integrate with core banking systems while meeting the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience 
  • Proven experience building scalable, maintainable, and performant web applications in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of component-driven architecture and state management in large applications.
  • Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL, including handling large data sets and real-time updates.
  • Practical knowledge of unit and integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.
  • Familiarity with secure coding practices and developing applications that comply with banking security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to quickly understand complex business processes, especially in fintech/banking.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working with enterprise-grade AI or virtual assistant platforms.
  • Knowledge of the banking domain and understanding of confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience optimizing frontend projects for high-availability systems.

Job responsibilities

  • Contribute to engineering efforts from planning to delivery
  • Deliver appropriate documentation and maintain communication regarding deliveries
  • Provide the code quality through code review, integration tests, and other best practices
  • Direct daily communication with client team members.
