Description

In an era of unprecedented innovation, businesses require partners who can do more than just maintain systems—they need architects of the future to design and build the next generation of AI-enabled digital products, platforms, and experiences.

As a Programme Manager based out of the UK, you will serve as a senior delivery leader responsible for the holistic success and execution of strategic client Programmes. You will operate within GlobalLogic’s high-impact «Two-in-a-Box» leadership model.

The Partnership: You will work in a seamless, collaborative triad alongside a Global Sales Lead/Client Partner and will be supported by Offshore Engineering Leaders (focused on operational excellence).

The Mission: Your role is to act as the primary «face of delivery» for senior client executives. You will bridge the gap between high-level vision and tangible business outcomes, ensuring that our globally distributed teams deliver with precision and quality.

The Impact: By strengthening client relationships through delivery excellence and technical credibility, you will be the driving force behind long-term digital transformations and the referenceability of our work.

Delivery & Technical Oversight

End-to-End Client Delivery: Oversee the entire lifecycle from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with GlobalLogic’s Delivery Framework and the client’s governance processes.

Pre-Sales & Solutioning: Engage in the full pre-sales cycle, preparing client proposals and defining Statements of Work (SOW) that are technically viable and commercially sound.

Strategic Technology Alignment: Maintain high-level fluency in current technology shifts—specifically Cloud, Migration, Data, and AI—to ensure delivery remains relevant and provides a credible bridge between client business goals and engineering execution.

Project Governance & Financial Rigour
P&L & Margin Accountability: Take ultimate responsibility for the financial health of your portfolio ensuring high-quality delivery that protects and grows margins.

Governance Framework: Establish a robust governance matrix that aligns with GlobalLogic’s Delivery Framework (GLDF) and the client’s internal processes, ensuring 100% referenceability.

Strategic Risk Management: Proactively identify engagement risks—from technical debt to resource bottlenecks—and manage senior stakeholder expectations through clear, data-driven communication.

Global Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Global Leadership: Lead and mentor large, distributed teams across multiple geographies, defining the right operating models to ensure seamless collaboration.
