Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 4-6 years of progressive experience as a Technical Business Analyst focusing on process automation initiatives.
Advanced VBA Mastery: Deep expertise in Excel VBA, Macro development, UserForms, complex debugging, error handling, and performance optimization.
Technical Integrations: Hands-on experience integrating VBA with SQL databases, REST/Web APIs, SAP, and external desktop/web applications.
Business Analysis Toolkit: Proven track record in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, stakeholder facilitation, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Tools: Advanced MS Excel, SQL, MS Office Suite, SAP, and Web Automation tools. (Experience with Power BI is a plus).
Job responsibilities
Lead requirement-gathering workshops, map existing business processes, and conduct gap analyses to identify clear automation opportunities.
Define functional requirements, craft Agile user stories, and manage acceptance criteria in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Design, develop, and maintain advanced Excel VBA solutions, including complex Macros, UserForms, and automated web data extraction scripts.
Architect seamless integrations between VBA applications and enterprise systems like SAP, SQL databases, APIs, and Adobe applications.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), execute comprehensive test cases, and manage the ongoing debugging, optimization, and documentation of deployed automations.
