Requisitos Técnicos Excluyentes (Hard Skills)
El candidato debe dominar tanto el mundo legado (SAP) como la nueva arquitectura Cloud-Native.
A. Experiencia en Ecosistema SAP (El Legado):
• Capacidad de lectura y análisis de código ABAP y RFCs (Remote Function Calls) para la extracción de reglas de negocio.
• Conocimiento profundo de SAP CRM, SAP PO (Process Orchestration) y SAP NetWeaver Portal.
• Entendimiento del modelo de datos de SAP para guiar el data mapping hacia el nuevo modelo.
B. Arquitectura Moderna y Desarrollo (El Futuro):
• Experiencia avanzada en Java 11+ con Spring Boot para el diseño de microservicios.
• Dominio de plataformas de contenedores, específicamente Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) y Kubernetes.
• Experiencia en diseño de APIs REST y gobierno con Red Hat 3scale (o similares).
• Conocimiento de patrones de integración modernos con Apache Camel y mensajería asíncrona (Kafka / ActiveMQ)

 

Job responsibilities

Proyecto: Plataforma de Gestión de Productos (PGP) – Transformación Institucional. Objetivo del Rol: Liderar técnicamente la estrategia de salida del ecosistema SAP (CRM/PO/Portal), ejecutando la ingeniería inversa de los sistemas legados y diseñando la nueva arquitectura de microservicios en OpenShift, asegurando la integridad de la migración de datos y la continuidad operativa.

 

Responsabilidades Principales
• Ingeniería Inversa y Discovery: Ejecutar y supervisar la ingeniería inversa del código ABAP y la lógica de SAP Portal para documentar los procesos actuales («AS-IS»), dado que la documentación es limitada o inexistente.
• Definición Técnica (To-Be): Traducir la visión de la nueva arquitectura de microservicios en un plan técnico tangible, definiendo APIs, interacciones entre servicios y el blueprint técnico para la Software Factory.
• Estrategia de Migración: Diseñar y supervisar el plan de migración de datos (3 TB) desde SAP CRM hacia SQL Server, asegurando la trazabilidad, limpieza y la estrategia de convivencia (patrón Strangler Fig).
• Liderazgo de Célula: Coordinar el trabajo técnico del equipo (Desarrolladores, QA, Data Engineers), resolviendo bloqueos técnicos y garantizando que los entregables (LLD) cumplan con los estándares de OpenShift y la arquitectura de referencia
