Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Manager to lead GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives, building scalable, secure, and compliant AI platforms on cloud-native data foundations. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic ownership of AI platforms, enabling enterprise-grade LLM, agent orchestration, and AI-driven product capabilities across regulated and large-scale environments.

Location : HYDERABAD mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI and Agentic AI platforms, including LLM integration, RAG pipelines, AI agents orchestration, and AI-enabled applications.

• Architect and operate cloud-native data and AI platforms on AWS/Azure to support model training, inference, analytics, and real-time AI workloads.
• Build and manage high-performing engineering teams; drive Agile/DevOps practices, SRE, and operational excellence for AI systems.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, Security, and Platform teams to align AI strategy with business outcomes and product roadmaps.
• Own reliability, scalability, cost optimization, and performance of AI workloads and data platforms.
• Establish governance, security, and compliance for AI systems (HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR), including data privacy, auditability, and responsible AI practices.
• Lead incident management and root cause analysis for business-critical AI and data platform outages.
• Translate customer and stakeholder feedback into continuous improvements in AI platforms, documentation, and developer enablement.
• Drive platform modernization, cloud migration, and adoption of emerging GenAI/Agentic AI technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in Cloud, Data Engineering, and Platform Leadership roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure (cloud-native architectures, networking, security, IAM, observability).
• Experience building and operating data platforms (SQL/NoSQL, OLTP, DWH, streaming) to support AI/ML workloads.
• Proven leadership in delivering AI-enabled platforms (LLM-backed applications, analytics, speech/vision AI, ML pipelines).
• Strong understanding of GenAI concepts: LLM integration, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience leading teams in Agile/DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, reliability engineering, and KPI-driven performance management.
• Deep knowledge of security, governance, compliance in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR).
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into scalable AI platform solutions.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar orchestration patterns).
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps: model lifecycle management, monitoring, evaluation, and cost governance.
• Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or other compliance-heavy domains.
• Experience running AI workloads on managed cloud data services and supporting enterprise AI adoption.
