The Platform Solution Management team is responsible for defining and enabling cross platform business solutions that meet the needs of clients over time. Solutions are digital products, services or systems that provide value to the client, whether internal or external to client. Sitting at the intersection of business and technology, we collaborate with multiple teams to understand user needs and design digital solutions for employees and clients.

• A proven track record and portfolio demonstrating design solutions for complex financial tools and platforms.
• Ability to translate financial data into dashboards and insightful data visualizations.
• Experience working with financial experts and firms as part of multi-disciplinary teams.

UI/UX Skills

• Promote and practice robust design principles, ensuring optimal user experiences.
• Contribute to the development of a design system and shaping UI components.
• Create high-quality, responsive UI designs with great attention to macro and micro design elements.
• Work from research, personas and data to map user journeys and ideate new features to meet user needs.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing.
• Demonstrate a strong working understanding and application of accessibility guidelines.
• Interpret and adhere to brand guidelines and actively contribute to their evolution.
• Collaborate effectively with developers to ensure effective coding of UI functionality.
• Present and communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders.
• Effective time-management to meet deadlines.

Job responsibilities

We are seeking a talented hybrid UX/UI Designer with a strong emphasis on UI. This role centers around the creation and enhancement of a comprehensive design system, UI components, and digital experiences for a suite of financial tools and services. Collaborating closely with developers, the UX/UI Designer will play a crucial role in supporting the realization of design solutions.
