Description:
We are looking for a specialists who speaks both Japanese and English and is capable of representing our expertise as we expand our services to new markets. Ideally, the candidate already has experience in sales or is willing to pursue a career in this domain.
Being part of our team in Poland you will work with IT specialists from the CEE region and Japan, helping to facilitate cultural and language differences to achieve successful products delivery.

Requirements:
Must have:
- Written and spoken Japanese language proficiency (equivalent of JLPT N1 or N2, it is not mandatory to have an official JLPT certification)
- Written and spoken English language proficiency (equivalent of B2 or higher)
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills (working with Japan and CEE based teams)
Nice to have:
- Able to interface with the technical and business teams
- Have some commercial sense/business understanding
- Openness to work with Japanese culture
Responsibilities:
- Develop product vision and roadmap
- Define epics and stories based on requirements
- Look for product insights from different sources, validate the assumptions
- From the prioritized product backlog for implementation teams
- Be the primary contact point for the development team on prodcut-related questions
