Description:
You will have an opportunity to become a part of the fast-growing solution consulting business unit and create innovative solutions for MedTech and HealthTech domains.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in commercial SW development with at 3+ years in SW/SYS Architect role
- Strong experience working with popular cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong experience working with at least one of the main enterprise technology stacks (.NET, Java, Android SDK, etc.)
- Technical subject matter expertise in one or more of the following:
-medical device QMS
-digital patient engagement & experience
-clinical & operational analytics
-clinical trials software
-healthcare data interoperability
-remote/continuous patient monitoring with internet of medical things. - Experience building systems with mobile elements
- Practical experience working with test automation teams
- Experience building regulated medical software (Class B or higher)
- Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architectures, designs, migrations and technology management
- Knowledge of Data Solutions Architecture – data pipelines, ETL processes, data storage and governance, etc.
- Strong architecture diagramming and documentation skills
- Strong communication – verbal and written (at least Upper-Intermediate English)
- Ability to define and propose solution architecture, make technology decisions, estimate the cost and justify it
- Ability to analyze, discuss and propose system requirements on both product and functional level
- Good presentation skills and ability to communicate across both business and technology
Would be a plus:
- Understanding of and technical experience with typical enterprise healthcare architectures and ecosystems that include major technology platforms such as: EMR/Clinical Systems, telehealth systems, clinical data warehouses, connected medical devices, HIPAA/HITRUST Compliant Application Infrastructure
- Knowledge of applicable medical software ISO standards and regulations (FDA guidances)
- Knowledge of embedded medical devices and software as a medical devices technical domains
- Experience of migrating on-prem solutions to cloud would be a plus
- Knowledge of applicable Cybersecurity and Privacy standards and regulations (HIPAA, CPA, GDPR, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of GlobalLogic offerings for HealthTech and MedTech
- Be deeply involved into numerous business development initiatives within HealthTech and other company divisions
- Broadly collaborate with multiple functions within GlobalLogic for identifying demands, gaps and niches for innovation
- Participate and lead technical side of presales, advisories, project initiation and execution activities
