Lead Software Engineer (.NET, C#, SQL) IRC219692

Responsibilities:

• Design, build high-performance, reusable, and reliable modules from scratch and and maintain existing ones
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks
• Lead the team and be responsible for its development outcomes with a reasonable share of product ownership
• Coordinate with local and remote Developers, Testers, Product Owners and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with applicable company regulations, procedures and guidelines
• Analyse and define both functional and non-functional system and software requirements
• Supervise architecture design
• Develop detailed technical documentation
• Ensure that technical knowledge is shared among project team members
• Ensure maintenance of engineering practices
• Suggest improvements in processes, knowledge transfer, training plan, etc.
• Technical lead to developers and/or test engineers team
• Participate in risk management, communicate potential hazard and risk mitigation means
• Professionalism and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Leverage technologies to support business needs to attain high reusability and maintainability of developed systems
• Support team members in order to achieve the best results
