Description:
Our client’s solution is modern microservices robotic service for operating a high loaded system.
We are searching for talented and proactive managers and engineers for implementation of the digital twin and infrastructure solutions, which helps to decrease time to market.
Our GlobalLogic team is searching for a rationale manager, who is capable of driving processes in 2-3 scrum teams, both involved in SDLC processes creation and people management.
Requirements:
Job Description
- 3–4 years of Project Management experience in IT area
- Hands-on experience in SW projects delivery
- Experience managing 20-30 FTE or several projects in parallel (or Scrum Master with experience managing 2-3 big teams (20-25 FTE in total))
- Strong understanding of SDLC, different SW development methodologies, processes and tools
- Proven ability to plan and complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
- Strong understanding of the release management process
- Strong QA processes understanding (practical experience would be a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, sense of ownership
- Strong people management skills
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Upper intermediate English level

- Managing few projects in industrial domain
- Being responsible for delivery planning, quality, scope and service level measurement, client communication, attrition control
- Being in charge of the people/client management
- Project processes tuning if needed
- Playing scrum master role for teams
- Creation of the project reporting processes
