We are looking for technology game changers to lead a fundamental transformation within the automotive industry. As a Scrum Master, your role will be to facilitate the Scrum process for a small team of DevOps Engineers. You will be a perfect candidate if you’re self-motivated, self-reliant and have a well-organized working style. You will use your outstanding communication skills in an international environment and help the delivery team to work effectively. If you’re good at problem-solving and conflict resolution, it seems we’re looking for you!

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role
- Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and practices, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional, multinational and globally distributed teams
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Experience with DevOps principles and practices
- Skills to provide and contribute to technical documentation
- Outstanding communication skills in an international environment
- Strong team facilitation skills and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to communicate in English
Nice to have:
- AWS Experience and Certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solution Architect)
- Knowledge of software development practices and tools
- Experience working with distributed and remote teams
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite, Agile and Project Management toolsets (JIRA, Confluence, Rally, VersionOne and/or MS
Project) - Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the Scrum process
- Help the multicultural and globally distributed development team to work together efficiently
- Organize and facilitate the various Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives as well as sharing information for management reports
- Work with the product owner to ensure that the product backlog is properly prioritized and that the team is working on the most valuable items first
- Help to remove any obstacles or impediments that may be preventing the team from delivering their work effectively
- Take over small technical tasks within the team
- Ensure that all stakeholders are informed about the progress of the project and any potential risks or issues
