Description:
We are looking for talented Project Managers to join our teams in Berlin, Stuttgart and Cologne. Working with a group of highly skilled engineers, you will shape the next generation of highly interconnected automotive software features.
In this role you will focus on various aspects of software for cars, like autonomous driving, advanced driving assistance, parking control, battery management, infotainment systems etc.
In collaboration with the DevOps team your team will develop software that pulls all strings together, communicates with cloud services, and implements innovative functions inside the car. We work in areas such as telematics & connectivity, context-aware systems, and application platforms.

Requirements:
• Degree in computer science or mechanical engineering or a related sub-field
• Several years of experience in managing SW projects in the automotive industry
• Proven experience in bringing automotive software projects from RFQ to series production
• Experience in leading projects cross location/ cross contries
• Fluency in German and English (C1)
Specific Knowledge & Skills:
• PM certificate (IPMA at least level D)
• Good understanding of Automotive processes and tools (ASPICE, ISO26262..)
• Knowledge in Electromobility, ADAS and/or Infotainment
• Ability to lead teams to high performance
Responsibilities:
• Technical leadership and management of an interdisciplinary project team in an international environment
• Responsible for timeline, scope and budget (typically >20 M€/year)
• Plan, coordinate and control all project activities based on a proactive risk management in all phases
