Our client is world-leading provider of telecom equipment, solutions and services to mobile and fixed network operators and telecom providers all over the world.


  • Master’s level major in Computer Science or Engineering (IT, Telecom).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect
  • 6+ years of experience with Java
  • strong practical knowledge of Telecom
  • advanced experience with OSS, and BSS
  • experience with Microsoft Azure services (AKS, NSG, Storage, etc)
  • practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and FluxCD
  • hands-on experience creating and maintaining Terraform configurations
  • troubleshooting skills for distributed cloud-native applications
  • proficiency in Bash and Python programming
  • good knowledge of GitLab CI/CD
  • advanced user level in Jira

Position Qualifications

  • understanding Agile development methodologies e.g. test driven development, continuous integration, code coverage, code analysis, etc.
  • effective interpersonal communication skills in a highly collaborative team environment
  • self-directed work style, provide technical leadership and mentorship to less experience professional staff


  • Design, develop, and maintain client`s platform infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide technical guidance for infrastructure design and implementation.
  • Build and maintain automated systems for deployment, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
  • Participate in incident handling, investigating, and resolving production incidents to minimize impact and ensure system stability.
  • Perform capacity planning and optimization to ensure the platform meets performance and scalability targets.
  • Conduct regular system and performance analysis, identify improvement areas and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and stability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, including performance bottlenecks, network connectivity problems, and infrastructure failures.
  • Implement and maintain security best methodologies throughout the platform, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to define and implement DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) approaches.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for the production environment, responding to and resolving incidents in a timely manner.
