As part of that foundation, we are seeking an xIL Model Framework Engineer that will support all applications utilizing the Agile methodology. Technology will significantly transform the automotive industry over the next decade, and our organization is looking for high-potential candidates who will digitally transform the company by focusing on the customer experience.

Requirements:
- + 2 years of experience with developing or using testing frameworks
- Experience working in MIL/SIL/HIL environments
- Experience in one scripting language(e.g. Python) or test automation tool
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Good knowledge of agile test methods and test automation
- Familiarity with SW version control (e.g. GitLab)
- Experience working with global and distributed teams
- Knowledge of CAN and analysis tools
- Good analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience with model-based development tools such as MATLAB/SIMULINK
- Good English language skills
- Experience or knowledge and understanding of an Automotive OEM – will be a plus
- Experience with dSPACE products – will be a plus
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe – will be a plus
- A good understanding of automotive testing standards – will be a plus
- Good knowledge of state-of-the-art SW construction and integration methods and toolchains
Responsibilities:
- Work on simulation and modelling framework development and maintenance for the xIL platform
- Develop tools for CI/ CD workflow management, database management for simulation artefacts
- Work closely with plant modelling, soft and virtual ECU teams, functional design, architecture, integration and testing teams
- Work on strategy, roadmap and methodology determination, benchmarking, training and technical documentation, driving deployment adoption and continuous improvement of the xIL modeling framework
- Be responsible for continuous integration, delivery methods, test automation and rollout
- Work under agile test paradigms (TDD, BDD, ATDT, etc.)
