The department combines platform engineering, AI architecture, governance, and developer enablement to operationalize secure and scalable AI solutions across global engineering teams.

Key focus areas include coding agents, multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, AI governance, workflow automation, and cloud-based AI platform deployment.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Supplier Engagement Lead / PM to coordinate supplier delivery, manage commercial and operational activities, and support effective collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. The role is responsible for project coordination, reporting, governance follow-up, and ensuring smooth execution within established delivery and engineering processes. The ideal candidate brings strong project management, stakeholder management, and supplier coordination experience in complex enterprise environments.

 Required Skillset

Strong project and supplier management experience in enterprise environments
Experience managing cross-functional engineering or technology engagements
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with delivery reporting, coordination, and governance processes
Good understanding of agile software delivery environments
Ability to operate effectively in complex multi-team environments

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day supplier engagement and delivery coordination
Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
Support commercial management activities, including staffing coordination and follow-up
Prepare and maintain status reporting for internal and external stakeholders
Facilitate communication between supplier teams, engineering leads, and management stakeholders
Ensure alignment with established governance, processes, and delivery expectations
Support planning, onboarding, and operational follow-up activities
