Description

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to support the development and validation of secure automotive systems in compliance with industry standards such as ISO/SAE 21434. The role involves implementing cybersecurity processes, performing risk assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure system design and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably within the automotive or embedded systems domain.
• Strong understanding of ISO/SAE 21434 and automotive cybersecurity lifecycle.
• Experience in risk assessment methodologies such as TARA.
• Knowledge of secure system design principles and embedded systems.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management, threat analysis, and incident response.
• Understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, etc.) is a plus.

Job responsibilities

• Implementing and maintaining cybersecurity processes in alignment with ISO/SAE 21434 standards.
• Coordinating, moderating, and developing cybersecurity work products across the security lifecycle.
• Performing risk assessments (e.g., TARA) and defining appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure secure system and software design.
• Ensuring compliance with OEM-specific cybersecurity standards and requirements.
• Supporting incident monitoring, threat analysis, and vulnerability management activities.
• Contributing to cybersecurity validation, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing support.
• Maintaining traceability of cybersecurity requirements and work products.
• Supporting audits, reviews, and compliance assessments related to cybersecurity.
• Driving continuous improvement in cybersecurity processes and practices..
