Requirements
– 3+ years of experience in Delphi development
– Experience with legacy programing
– Upgrade and migration projects experience shall be a big plus
– Strong working knowledge of Oracle database systems.
– Good understanding of object oriented software design and programming techniques
– Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies
– Good to have exp on .net as secondary skill
– Hands-on experience working with third-party components integrated within Delphi applications.
– Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps.
– Proficiency with version control systems, with Bitbucket as a plus.
– Understanding of Agile scrum principles and Jira
– Strong communications skills, should be able to communicate with clients
