Requirements
- Have a minimum of 4 + years of GIS mapping experience, including POI, Basemap
- Prior Apple Maps Experience is must
- Possess strong communication skills with hands-on experience in User Communications, POI (Point of Interest), Basemap editing, and handling user-reported concerns within Apple Maps projects.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with an excellent command of grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure.
- Review, analyze, and understand user concerns, ensuring accurate and guideline-compliant responses.
- Be flexible to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Rewrite and refine content to improve clarity, coherence, fluency, and natural language flow.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure accurate interpretation of concepts and task requirements.
- Maintain consistency, quality standards, and adherence to project guidelines.
Job responsibilities
- Complete assigned tasks within defined SLA timelines.
- Analyze and understand user concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Apply strong language and communication skills to correct, rewrite, and enhance user-facing content.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all language-related and mapping tasks.
- Utilize GIS and mapping knowledge to support project deliverables and decision-making.
- Work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct research to ensure accurate interpretation, validation, and execution of tasks.
- Manage workload efficiently and meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and uphold operational excellence.
