Description

Improve maps database by adding and updating maps using approved sources by client

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of maps
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and structured way.
Active listening skills to address learner questions and challenges.
Ability to adapt language and examples based on the audience.
Experience in conducting classroom or virtual sessions.
Provide efficient and effective training to trainees as per HERE provided specifications and process
Responsible for all refresher training arising out of QA Feedbacks and TNI requests
Assessing team performance through tests, practical assessments, or observations
Prepare and Update the training materials as and when required.

Job responsibilities

Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, and practical exercises.
Plan and schedule training sessions based on project needs and onboarding timelines.
Ensure training content is up to date with the latest process and tool changes.
Coordinate with leads and managers to understand skill gaps and training requirements.
Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for new and existing team members.
Conduct quizzes, assessments, or hands-on evaluations to gauge understanding.
Track trainee performance and identify areas needing improvement.
Provide constructive feedback and support to help trainees build required competencies.
Recommend additional training or mentoring for individuals as needed.
