Job Description
7+ Years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
•User management & security model (roles, profiles, permission sets)
•Handle Tier-1 and Tier-2 tickets (Tier-2 = Configs)
•Automation and configuration management (minor flow changes, approval processes, validation rules)
•Troubleshooting & support

Certifications
* Salesforce Administrator
* Advanced Administrator

Job responsibilities

User & Security Management

Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Maintain a secure and scalable security model aligned with organizational policies.

Support & Troubleshooting

Handle Tier-1 and Tier-2 support tickets, including configuration-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve system errors, data inconsistencies, and user access problems.

Configuration & Automation

Implement and maintain minor flow changes, approval processes, validation rules, and page layouts.
Support automation enhancements to improve business processes.

System Maintenance

Monitor system health and performance.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce platform limits and best practices.

Collaboration

Work closely with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Provide training and guidance to end-users as needed.
