Solution Architect- NodeJS+GCP Cloud
Requirements
10–15 years of experience in software engineering with strong architectural background.
Strong expertise in Typescript,node,js, microservices, and API design.
Deep understanding of design patterns, DDD, and modular architecture.
Experience designing large-scale, cloud-native platforms using Azure/AWS/GCP.- GCP is a must
Strong knowledge of HIPAA, PHI/PII protection, healthcare compliance, and secure system design.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases (Pinecone/Redis/Elastic), and AI orchestration frameworks.
Strong command of healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, X12).
Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
Solid understanding of DevOps principles, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI).
Experience with John Snow Labs AI models.
Understanding of event-driven architecture (Kafka, Service Bus).
Exposure to frontend technologies (React/Angular) for end-to-end solutioning.
Prior experience in building compliance-heavy or healthcare-focused platforms.“
Job responsibilities
„1. Architecture & Technical Leadership
Own end-to-end architecture for complex, large-scale healthcare applications.
Define architectural blueprints, high-level designs, module decomposition, and integration architecture.
Establish standards for microservices, APIs, data models, asynchronous patterns, event-driven systems, and cloud deployment.
Conduct architecture reviews, threat modeling, performance tuning, and optimization assessments.
2. AI / Agentic AI / GenAI Strategy & Integration
Architect intelligent workflows using LLMs, embeddings, RAG, vector search, and autonomous Agentic AI frameworks.
Drive design for AI-driven modules such as:
Automated documentation & summarization
Smart assistants & workflow automation
Entity extraction, classification, and search
Predictive and prescriptive analytics
Evaluate AI models/tools and ensure AI features are safe, reliable, and compliant.
3. Healthcare Data & Compliance Architecture
Architect systems compliant with HIPAA, PHI/PII standards, encryption, audit trails, RBAC, and MFA.
Lead adoption of healthcare data standards:
FHIR resources & RESTful FHIR APIs
HL7 v2 messaging
X12 transactions (837/835)
Ensure secure data pipelines, interoperability, and governed data exchange.
4. Cloud & DevOps Architecture
Define cloud-native architectures using GCP, including networking, identity, containers, serverless, and storage.
Partner with DevOps teams to set CI/CD strategy, IaC templates, observability standards, and cost optimization guidelines.
Validate HA, DR, scalability, and availability patterns.
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work with product owners, AI teams, engineering managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Provide thought leadership in architecture councils and technical steering committees.
Guide engineering teams with technical mentoring, solution walkthroughs, and best-practice documentation.
6. Delivery Oversight
Oversee architecture implementation across multiple modules and teams.
Identify technical risks early and create mitigation plans.
Support engineering teams during development, integration, security testing, and release cycles.
