Description

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to bridge the gap between complex business requirements and pragmatic, scalable enterprise solutions. You will provide technical leadership, define enterprise architecture frameworks, and lead the design and implementation of cloud-native and AI-driven platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can mentor engineering teams, drive the adoption of best-in-class architectural patterns, and guide clients through digital transformation.

Requirements

– Experience: 8–10+ years of relevant IT experience, including 5+ years in a Solution Architect or lead technical role.
– Architecture Frameworks: Deep knowledge of architecture methodologies such as C4 Model, 4+1 Model, TOGAF, Attribute Driven Design or Domain-Driven Design.
– Technical Expertise:
– Cloud: Expert-level knowledge in at least with Azure, including Kubernetes, Docker and infrastructure-as-code principles.
– AI/ML: Experienced in Generative AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain)
– Data & Systems: Experience with modern database systems (RDBMS, NoSQL, Graph), messaging protocols (Kafka, Event Hubs) and disaster recovery patterns.
– Programming languages: Expert-level knowledge in Java. Experience in ReactJS or other Javascript frontend frameworks
– Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, public speaking skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
– Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.

Job responsibilities

– Architectural Leadership: Define and evolve enterprise architecture frameworks. Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
– Cloud & Infrastructure Design: Lead the design, administration of scalable infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP). Optimize hybrid cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring high availability, security and compliance.
– AI & Data Strategy: Design and implement intelligent solutions, including agentic AI, RAG-based systems, and advanced data strategies. Guide the implementation of LLMs, predictive modeling, and document extraction workflows.
– Technical Governance: Establish technical design standards (UML) and enforce documentation best practices. Perform requirements analysis in complex, rapidly changing environments to ensure solutions remain resilient and future-proof.
– Pre-Sales & Delivery: Act as a technical advisor to clients. Participate in pre-sales activities, craft customized technical solutions, and proactively suggest Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to increase business value. Manage project estimations, work breakdown structures (WBS) and delivery timelines.
– Mentorship & Collaboration: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams. Provide clear guidance on architectural choices and application standards, managing technical conflicts, and building trust across organizational levels. Part of the Scrum development team.
