- Analyze and evaluate complex business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
- Define comprehensive business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate workshops and conduct interviews with key stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business needs.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring alignment with architectural guidelines.
- Contribute significantly to the design and architecture of new solutions or enhancements, focusing on process optimization and scalability.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including current state and future state process flows, use cases, and data models.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts, fostering their professional growth and technical understanding.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and project management teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support the creation of test plans and scenarios, and actively participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in business analysis and process management across the organization.
- Proactively identify and assess potential risks related to process changes and system implementations, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
- Lead small to medium-scale process improvement initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and measurable business impact.
- Ensure that all proposed solutions adhere to enterprise standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
