Our client is a big medical equipment manufacturer located in the United States.
We have completed a lot of projects for them during the last more then 20 years and continue our strong relationships.
We are creating software information systems providing management and reporting capabilities for customer equipment in the field.
Currently, we are re-configuring our support team to be able to provide qulity operation support for production, staging and engineering environments team working with and looking for eager specialists engineers who want to quickly grow in the technology stack. #LI-OK4 

Requirements

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in engineering role (developer/devops/architect)
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Experience with fixed price and time and material project models, all phases of SDLC.
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience in managing a team of 10+ members.
  • Experience working with Jira on project monitoring and control.
  • Experience working in distributed teams and different cultures.
  • Solid knowledge of project management principles, methods, practices.
  • Experience with Devops pratices and approaches 
  • Expirience with Amazon, Azzure clouds
  • Willingness to deep dive to understand domain and sytem.
  • At Least upper intermediate English, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Certifications in PMP / SM / PO role.
  • Experience working in a product company.
  • Understaning of AI/ML fundamentals.

Job responsibilities

  • Full ownership of the assigned project.
  • Control and supervision of project process setup and execution (Agile). Introduce and implement improvements.
  • Team management – staffing, onboarding and performance measurement and management of the teams.
  • Client and stakeholders management – close collaboration with client and internal stakeholders, management of the customer satisfaction.
  • In case of project expansion / reconfiguration, hands on engagement with new teams set up, establishing ways of working. Interim SM role on some of the project teams if needed.
  • Contribute / Lead expertise development / pre-sales support based on project experience.
  • Contribute / Lead internal initiatives related to the project area of expertise.
