Description:
We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our Automotive Department.
If you are an analytical person who can work independently or as a part of a team with excellent problem-solving skills – send us your application.

Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar
- Experience in the automotive industry, especially in embedded software development
- Experience in the areas of quality assurance, test engineering or test management
- Knowledge in Automotive SPICE is a plus
- Very good communication skills in Japanese and English
- The ability to travel and relocate to Japan is a must-have for the whole project duration. We currently expect a 1 Year assignment – with the option to be extended.
The office location is Tokyo.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze OEM/Tier1 quality requirements and standards and transfer them into projects
- Create and maintain the strategy for quality assurance and plan corresponding activities within the project together with both the project manager and quality management
- Guide and perform reviews of documents about project strategy
- Guide and support projects by adhering to quality aspects as well as implement defined development processes.
- Regularly report the quality status of the project to management
- Derive and track quality action items
- Contribute to the improvement of the company-wide software development processes
- Prepare and support internal and external process audits and assessments
