Requirements

  • Possessing 5-8 years of progressive, hands-on experience in technical consulting roles, specifically focused on implementing and optimizing enterprise planning solutions.
  • This position operates under a fully remote work model, requiring a high degree of self-motivation and effective virtual collaboration with global teams.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency in various Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with a proven track record of successful implementation and integration.
  • Requires advanced expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, including comprehensive understanding of their configuration and operational impact.
  • Mandatory advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, specifically within Service Cloud and Sales Cloud functionalities, to drive business process optimization.
  • Possess advanced hands-on experience in data analysis and validation, including robust capabilities in data extraction techniques from diverse enterprise sources.
  • Solid intermediate-level experience in budget management processes, encompassing financial planning, forecasting, and resource allocation within an enterprise context.
  • Proven intermediate experience in facilitating and leading planning sessions to meticulously validate business and technical requirements for complex enterprise solutions.
  • Demonstrated intermediate capability in gathering and analyzing data related to integration issues and system vulnerabilities, effectively reporting all critical findings to stakeholders.

Job responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy robust Workday Adaptive Planning solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
  • Implement and maintain complex integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and various enterprise systems, including ERP and CRM platforms.
  • Lead technical analysis and validation of data extraction processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data.
  • Contribute to the architectural design of planning and budgeting solutions within the Workday Adaptive Planning ecosystem.
  • Drive the definition and refinement of business requirements for planning and budgeting functionalities, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify integration issues, vulnerabilities, and data quality concerns, proposing and implementing effective resolutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Workday Adaptive Planning best practices and solution development.
  • Optimize existing Workday Adaptive Planning models and reports for performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies, contributing expert technical insights during refinement, planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of technical designs, configurations, and integration processes for maintainability and knowledge transfer.
  • Recommend and evaluate new tools or features within the Workday Adaptive Planning suite to enhance capabilities and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and reporting across financial planning, sales, and service operations.
  • Manage and oversee the technical aspects of budget management and planning sessions, validating requirements and ensuring solution efficacy.
