Program Overview:
The C/C++ Trainee Program is your entry into real engineering work on cutting-edge systems used by global tech clients. You’ll write production-level code, access physical devices and lab equipment, and learn how large-scale development works in practice.
We focus on hands-on mentorship and real project contribution. That’s why being in the office is crucial — many of the systems you’ll work with are tied to specific infrastructure that isn’t available remotely.
This is an ongoing trainee talent pool, and we encourage early applications. Once a fitting opportunity becomes available, we’ll reach out to move you forward.
Requirements
- Contribute to real-life software projects in embedded, automotive, or telecom domains.
- Write, test, and debug code using C/C++ under close supervision.
- Get introduced to version control systems, build environments, and tooling.
- Take part in code reviews and learn industry-level development workflows.
- Develop hands-on engineering experience, growing responsibility with time.
Job responsibilities
- Recent graduate or student with strong C/C++ fundamentals.
- Understanding of memory management, data structures, and low-level concepts.
- Any pet projects, university labs, or robotics competitions are highly valued.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Daily attendance at our Lviv office is required for hardware access and mentoring.
