This Manual QA Trainee Program is your gateway into the world of quality assurance in software development. You will gain real experience working on live projects for international clients, test real features, and collaborate with experienced QA engineers.

Requirements
- Join real-world client projects and assist in manual testing activities.
- Learn how to design, execute, and document test cases.
- Work with test management systems and bug tracking tools.
- Gain hands-on experience under the guidance of a dedicated mentor, learning to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
- Grow your skills step-by-step with increasing responsibility in test scenarios and project communication.
Job responsibilities
- 2nd–4th year student or recent graduate (no previous commercial IT experience required).
- Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, curiosity about how things work.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
- Availability to attend our Lviv office daily for learning and mentoring.
