The Operations Analyst will work closely with our science and technology teams to develop and configure the innovative solutions that our consulting team implements with our clients. The person in this role will work alongside other Operation Analysts and a cross-functional team of psychologists and software engineers to bring to life solution configurations that drive meaningful outcomes for our clients. This role is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, hardworking, problem solver to join a talented team of high performers and immediately make a significant impact.

• Fluency in JSON, CSS, HTML and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in an information technology, business, or management program with a high aptitude for computing/technology is preferred.
• Aptitude in mathematics, logic, and psychology is helpful.
• 2+ years of relevant experience is required, with a consistent track record of hard work, attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving related to technology-oriented jobs is essential.
職務内容
• Configure technology. – Use our existing technology to build out assessments, scoring pipelines and digital reports, inputting content with careful attention to detail to ensure that everything we build is error-free.
• Quality assurance. – Perform a variety of configuration and QA-related tasks to ensure that our assessment and reporting content is built to exacting standards at a quality level expected by our clients.
• Communicate effectively. – An ability to liaise with team members from many different countries and backgrounds with an open mind, inclusive mindset, and passion for great ideas no matter where they come from.
• Collaborate with colleagues. – Work with other Operations Analysts and our science and technology teams to solve problems and bring ideas to life, creating the solutions that we bring to market.
• Proactively solve problems. – Apply critical thinking to anticipate potential issues and collaborate with your team to prevent them. When problems do occur, navigate time-sensitive situations effectively while maintaining clear, professional communication with stakeholders.
