Our client is a global technology company building and operating a modern Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform to deliver secure, scalable, and seamless authentication experiences for millions of users. The project focuses on implementing and maintaining enterprise-grade identity services, including authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, passwordless authentication, identity journeys, and policy management using Ping Identity solutions.
必要条件
- 3+ years of experience in IAM, CIAM, or Security Engineering.
- Experience with Ping Identity or another enterprise IAM platform.
- Understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and authentication concepts.
- Experience configuring MFA, passwordless authentication, and identity journeys.
- Knowledge of SSO, session management, and user lifecycle management.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, YAML, and Terraform.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile teams.

- Configure and maintain customer authentication journeys and identity workflows.
- Implement and support Ping Identity platform configurations.
- Configure authentication policies, MFA, passwordless authentication, and SSO.
- Support user lifecycle management and session management.
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and identity-related issues.
- Integrate applications using REST APIs.
- Support Infrastructure as Code initiatives using Terraform and YAML.
- Perform platform administration, maintenance, and BAU activities.
- Collaborate with technical leads, architects, and application teams.
- Participate in deployments, testing, and production support.
