We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer who is not only technically skilled but also a self-driven problem solver with a strong engineering mindset. This role requires someone who can design and build scalable systems, proactively contribute to the evolution of products, and work across both frontend and backend when required.
This is not a task-based development role — we are looking for someone who thinks, leads, and learns.
We are looking for an experienced Frontend Technical Lead with strong expertise in Angular (v11+),
modern JavaScript, and enterprise web application development. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for leading frontend initiatives, mentoring development teams, driving architectural
decisions, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance applications in an Agile environment.

Hands-on experience (or willingness to learn) WPF and UI design in Windows desktop applications.
Proficiency in multithreaded programming, event handling, and exception management.

Good grasp of SSO concepts, OpenID Connect, and JWT token-based authentication.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and application lifecycle management skills.

Experience in or familiarity with Azure environments.
Exposure to hardware/device integration (scanners, drivers, USB devices, etc.).
Knowledge of computer vision, AI-based solutions, or interest in learning them.
Experience with WinForms or legacy .NET apps interacting with 32-bit device drivers.
Familiarity with WinUI and willingness to support migration from WPF.
Core Web Technologies
Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web
design.
Deep understanding of DOM, Event Loop, Closures, Scope, Promises, Async/Await, Browser
Rendering, Event Delegation, and Web Performance.
Angular
Strong hands-on experience with Angular v21+.
Experience with Standalone Components, Signals, Zoneless Applications, Components,
Directives, Pipes, Services, Dependency Injection, Routing, Lazy Loading, Reactive Forms,
HttpClient, Lifecycle Hooks, and Change Detection.
Strong understanding of RxJS, Observables, Subjects, and reactive programming.
Enterprise Development
REST API integration and authentication (JWT/OAuth).
Performance optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, and bundle optimization.
Git, GitHub, branching strategies, pull requests, and code review practices.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Design, develop, and maintain .NET 8 applications (primarily WPF-based thick clients).
Understand managing SSO sessions using WebView (embedded browser).
Implement and optimize design patterns such as retry logic, circuit breakers, exception handling, etc.
Ensure application resiliency and graceful error handling in a multithreaded environment.
Work closely with architects and product leads to propose and implement innovative solutions.
Handle SSO authentication flows using protocols like OpenID Connect and manage JWT-based API authorization.
Integrate with and support hardware devices (e.g., scanners, cameras), and be willing to explore computer vision and AI-based extensions in future.
Contribute to production support, monitoring, alerting, and proactive issue resolution.
Collaborate cross-functionally to collect feedback and build scalable, maintainable features.
Support cross-training and contribute to other stacks (e.g., Azure backend) if required.
Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale Angular applications.
Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
Mentor and guide frontend developers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical
coaching.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, QA, and
DevOps teams.
Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components following enterprise design
principles.
Integrate applications with REST APIs and backend services while ensuring performance,
security, and scalability.
Optimize application performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser
compatibility.
Drive technical estimations, sprint planning, release activities, and production support.
Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and continuous
improvement initiatives.
