職種概要
Advertising Engineering team is building scalable systems to understand and classify ad
creatives. As a Data Annotator, you will help improve the quality and reliability of these systems
by reviewing ad creative assets, applying consistent labels, and creating high-quality groundtruth datasets for model evaluation.
This role is an opportunity to contribute directly to Roku’s advertising platform while working
alongside engineers, data scientists, and product partners on practical AI and creative-scanning
initiatives.

Experience in data annotation, content moderation, quality assurance, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply written guidelines consistently.
Comfort reviewing video, images, websites, and advertising content.
Ability to make careful decisions when content is ambiguous or borderline.
Basic proficiency with spreadsheets, web-based tools, and documentation.
Clear written communication and reliable follow-through.
職務内容
Review video, image, and related ad metadata according to defined annotation guidelines.
Apply labels such as IAB category, advertiser domain, sensitive-content category, and other
creative attributes.
Create and maintain ground-truth datasets used to evaluate and improve creative-scanning
models.
Identify ambiguous, incomplete, or low-quality data and escalate cases for clarification.
Perform quality checks to ensure labels are accurate, consistent, and complete.
Meet agreed productivity and quality targets.
Provide structured feedback on recurring model errors, unclear guidelines, and edge cases.
Author structured guidelines for data annotation.
Continuously iterate, and improve the annotation process.
Maintain confidentiality when handling and advertiser creative assets.
