The Department Program Manager (DPM) is responsible for leading and coordinating maintenance programs across multiple stakeholders and ensuring successful program execution. Acting as the primary counterpart to the Department Program Manager, the DPM serves as the central point of contact for all program-related activities, escalations, planning, governance, and status reporting.

The role requires strong program management capabilities, stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to drive alignment across internal teams and external partners.

• Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Engineering,  Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in program or project management within a complex organizational environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to handle escalations and drive resolution in a structured manner.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with governance models, program gates, and status reporting.

職務内容

• Serve as the main point of contact for all maintenance program activities.
• Own and manage program plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and align program activities with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare, coordinate, and present program gate reviews and governance materials.
• Act as the primary escalation point for program-related issues both internally and externally.
• Monitor program progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
• Present program and project status updates in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
• Ensure alignment between department projects and the Solution Unit Program Manager.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery of program objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in program governance, reporting, and execution processes.
