If you are tired of patching up legacy code and want to build something from the ground up, this might be for you.
We are looking for an Embedded Architect to spearhead a complete technological shift. We are sunsetting our Embedded Linux setup and migrating the entire ecosystem to NXP microcontrollers running Zephyr OS. You will be working on this project in close collaboration with our client, a global leader in the home appliance industry.
This is a pure greenfield opportunity where you will write the new architectural blueprint, rewrite the core code from scratch, and strategically guide the porting process. It’s an ideal playground for someone who wants full technical ownership and knows how to push Zephyr to its limits.
必要条件
- Proven experience as a Software Architect.
- Full lifecycle experience: from Start of Development (SoD) to Start of Production (SoP), including familiarity with production-related topics.
- Strong knowledge of the arc42 framework.
- Expert knowledge of RTOS-based development (preferably Zephyr).
- Deep embedded software know-how, including hands-on experience or solid understanding of the NXP RW610 wireless MCU.
- Practical experience using AI tools/technologies.
- Experience in connectivity and UI development.
- Expert skills in writing requirements and architectural documentation.
- Basic knowledge of security and encryption.
- iSAQB-F certification and one or more advanced training courses (ARCEVAL, SOFT, or IMPROVE) would be an advantage.
- Good command of English.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Architect robust and scalable software solutions for embedded systems within the LaundryCare domain
- Design and define the software architecture for M3uC (Microcontroller Unit)-based systems, ensuring modularity and maintainability.
- Develop comprehensive architecture documentation, including design specifications, interface definitions, and technical guidelines.
- Drive the implementation of core software components using C++ in an RTOS environment.
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards and quality gates throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Optimize software performance and resource utilization within embedded constraints.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure design integrity and alignment with strategic goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software architecture and embedded system integration.
