職種概要

The primary goal of the CMS migration project is to transition E.ON Romania from its current Adobe AEM platform to a modern, decoupled architecture.
This new system is designed to act as a central content hub capable of delivering structured content to multiple consumers simultaneously,
including web applications, mobile apps, email channels, and chatbots.

By moving to this decoupled setup, the new CMS will focus exclusively on content management rather than handling application logic, routing, or campaign orchestration,
which were previously tightly coupled in the legacy AEM architecture.
This migration serves as the foundational first step toward establishing a broader Composable Digital Experience Platform (DXP),
which aligns with E.ON Group’s vision of integrating distinct, best-of-breed tools via APIs

必要条件

Must Have

JavaScript (ES6+).
Solid experience with React.js (React 16+).
Experience with ReactDOM, React Router, and SPA architecture.
Knowledge of Redux for state management (including redux-persist).
Experience with TypeScript
Experience with Bootstrap or MaterialUI.
Practical experience using Axios or equivalent to integrate RESTful APIs.
Nice to Have
Experience with connected-react-router (tie router & Redux).
Knowledge of performance optimizations (memorization, code splitting).
Experience with localization tools such as react-localization.
Webpack / Vite (plugins usage and asset loaders)
Experience with running CI/CD pipelines
E2E testing
Experience refactoring from class components to functional components + hooks
Familiarity with modern alternatives (React Query, Redux Toolkit, Vite, etc.).

Nice to haves:

Experience with headless component libraries, ShadCN, TailwindCSS and Storybook usage in a design system. Experience with AI tools (AI Augmentation development). Copilot
