The current project is meant to support the client’s main goal, namely to become the Partner of Choice in the Romanian Energy Market. In this respect, the following 3 main directions will be pursued in order to deliver internal and external modern and innovative digital services and products that support the client’s business and customers:
Main Web Portal – The sales platform and one point of contact for their digital services. A portal based on data with a diversified product catalog powered by an automated end-to-end workflow. A gateway for digital sales processes that will go through the entire layers of the IT Architecture and capabilities.
Dedicated Customer Portal – Designed for self-service, with a vision of becoming a full end-to-end service-to-sales-to-service portal, where customers can obtain personalized offers, information, and guidance. With a wide range of functionalities, the project aims to enhance performance and usability and integrate personalization. That will lead to a sustained shift towards self-service, a decreased cost to serve, and increased revenue by connecting services to products.
Customer Mobile App – Android and iOS native application – The current project is looking into enhancing the functionalities and portfolio of products that are going to be available on mobile apps, also looking into features and services that will only be available on this channel.

Deep hands-on expertise in Java development.
Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining microservices architectures.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
Practical experience or strong familiarity with frontend frameworks, specifically React.
Previous experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical execution.
Preferred: Previous background or strong experience in Solution Architecture.
Preferred: Practical experience integrating Artificial Intelligence into the software development process.
Preferred: Experience with Spec-Driven Development.

Lead the technical direction and daily engineering operations for an existing platform.
Provide technical leadership to a multidisciplinary team consisting of backend and frontend developers, QA engineers, business analysts, project managers, DevOps, and solution architects.
Define and drive the overall technical strategy and architectural roadmap of the project.
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code.
Analyze complex functionalities in collaboration with business analysts to determine technical feasibility.
Identify, define, and mitigate technical, architectural, and security risks prior to implementation.
Establish and enforce strict technical governance and development standards across the engineering lifecycle.
