- 7+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience.
- Expert-level Power Apps development experience.
- Expert-level Dataverse implementation experience.
- Expert-level Power Automate workflow implementation experience.
- Proven experience leading technical teams.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale business applications.
- Experience defining solution architecture and technical roadmaps.
- Experience implementing Power Platform security and access models.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint and external APIs.
- Experience leading data migration initiatives.
- Experience establishing ALM practices.
- Experience working in regulated enterprise environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Requirements
- Power Platform Solution Architect certification.
- Experience with Copilot Studio and AI solutions.
- Experience with Azure Integration Services.
- Experience with Snowflake integration.
- Experience with Power BI architecture and reporting.
- Experience with C#, .NET or PCF development.
- Financial services, compliance or risk management experience.

- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Power Platform solutions.
- Own Power Platform architecture and technical design decisions.
- Lead design and implementation of Power Apps applications.
- Lead Power Automate workflow and process automation implementation.
- Support Dataverse data model design and governance.
- Define development standards, coding guidelines and best practices.
- Manage technical dependencies across Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate and Power BI.
- Design integrations with SharePoint, APIs and enterprise data platforms.
- Establish ALM, source control, CI/CD and deployment processes.
- Conduct technical reviews and approve solution designs.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership.
- Drive performance optimization and scalability improvements.
- Support HLD creation and architecture governance activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and delivery teams.
- Support production deployment, cutover and hypercare activities.
