Job Description
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience in working within a distributed international agile team environment.
Ability to create clear requirements documentation (English writing, diagrams)
Strong knowledge of system analysis, business process analysis, and optimization
Strong attention to details, strong logic skills, ability to identify corner cases and provide the solution for the product
Strong knowledge in practices and techniques of business analysis, requirements gathering and solutions assessment
Understanding and ability to identify the customer’s need
Communication skills demonstrating a proactive approach at all levels with Developers, QA and other Stakeholders
Good interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
Good negotiation skills
Upper-intermediate English (written and verbal)

Job Responsibilities
Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog, aligning them with business goals.
Lead cross-functional teams (FE/BE development, design, devOps) to translate product vision into actionable plans.
Clearly communicate product requirements to development and act as the primary stakeholder point of contact.
Groom and manage the product backlog, prioritizing user stories for clarity and action.
Estimate development effort and continuously refine the backlog based on new information and user feedback.
Work with development teams on acceptance criteria for user stories and participate in UAT to ensure product meets user requirements.
Track product performance metrics and user engagement.
Analyze data to identify improvement areas and inform future product decisions.
