We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager to support the delivery of technology and digital initiatives across multiple teams. The successful candidate will facilitate Agile delivery, drive project execution, remove delivery obstacles, and help teams consistently deliver business value.
This role is suited to an agile practitioner with hands-on experience leading Scrum teams, managing technology projects, and working within a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- 5-10 years’ experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, Project Manager, or similar delivery role.
- Demonstrated experience delivering technology, digital, software development or business change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience managing project risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines and stakeholder communications.
- Experience creating common purpose and excellence in cross-functional teams including business, product, engineering and architecture functions.
- Experience working within a professional services, financial services or regulated environment.
- Familiarity with DevOps, release management and modern software delivery practices is desirable.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management or a related discipline.
- One or more of the following certifications:
o Agile Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I / II)
o SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Practitioner (SP)
o Project Management Certifications: PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), PRINCE2 Practitioner
A mix of project management and agile certifications are advantageous.

職務内容
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Support and coach delivery teams in Agile practices, continuous improvement and effective ways of working.
- Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners and business stakeholders to drive delivery outcomes.
- Manage stakeholders and product areas in collaboration with Product Managers so that we are clear on priorities, delivering quarter on quarter and evolving the products to client needs
- Track, manage and communicate delivery progress, risks, dependencies and impediments.
- Remove blockers and facilitate timely decision-making to keep teams moving forward.
- Manage project plans/ timelines, backlogs, RAID logs, milestones and reporting where required.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Support Delivery Lead with portfolio planning, prioritisation and roadmap execution activities.
- Produce concise reporting and metrics for leadership and governance forums.
- Promote a collaborative, transparent and accountable team culture.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery practices, frameworks and standards.
